This application uses advanced page control, Javascript and "state-management" technologies. For this to work properly, you should use Netscape 4.7 or better or Internet Explorer 4.0 or better. Other browsers may work to a certain extent, but certain parts of the application may fail and screen displays may appear "strange" or hard to read.

• We STRONGLY recommend using 800X600 resolution or better ("Settings / Display"). This is generally by far the best way of viewing web pages.
• We STRONGLY recommend that you use the latest version of Internet Explorer.
• We STRONGLY recommend that Macintosh users use Internet Explorer. For viewing videos, best results are obtained using Windows Media Player.
• We STRONGLY recommend that you use the latest version of Macromedia flash. You may encounter printing problems if you do not download the latest version.
• You should set colors to at least 256 (8bit). The site is best viewed at 32,000 colors (16bit) ("Settings / Display")

*Note: As a general rule the above settings and browsers will run on any computer that is of the pentium or later generation(s).

Known Problems:

Graphs: If you do not see graphs in the application, you may have images turned off in your browser. You may also need to download Flash Player from Macromedia.
